How to Install Kdenlive 16.12.2 Video Editor on Ubuntu 16.04, 16.10

  Kdenlive is an open source video editing software, based on the MLT framework and FFmpeg libraries. We are a small team and are always welcoming new contributors.

Installation instructions: 

    You can install the Kdenlive 16.12.2 from PPA, simply run  of commands in terminal.

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdenlive
